    Dear Growtopians,

    We are investigating the current situation, note that we are working on a solution that will not require a rollback - so please behave .

    Temporarily, the special-powers have been removed from Seth & Hamumu's accounts, as well as their wives' accounts - but don't worry, they will get them back as soon as this situation will be dealt with.

    Dear Growtopians,

    Unfortunately, Seth & Hamumu's accounts have been compromised, and that led to unusual activity that you may have noticed. While we are investigating and working on fixing this, the following items have been made untradable:
    - Emerald Lock (cannot be recycled either)
    - Da Vinci Wings
    - Phoenix Wings

    As soon as the unfairly spread items have been removed, we will make the items tradable again.

    We count on your cooperation. Please keep these items in your inventory to allow us to remove them as soon as possible (if you have put them in your vending machines, please remove them). Please don't contact support, we will let you know if you need to do so in the next days.

            Dear Growtopians,

            We have tried our best to avoid this, but due to the circumstances, we are forced to do a rollback in order to make the game available again.

            After Seth & Hamumu's accounts were compromised and items were spread unfairly in game, we encountered more issues which led to worlds data being corrupted, making the game inaccessible. However, the security of your accounts was not affected as the game database wasn’t accessed. The logs that have been circulating were coming from the Beta version only.

            We already started the rollback process, restoring your accounts to the 10th of December. The process could take up to 24 hours.

            Once this process is over, the game data will be restored as it was at the date mentioned. This implies that, unfortunately, all the progress done after that date will be lost. Your purchases won't be lost however, and those gems will be re-added to your account - in fact, they will be doubled as compensation.

            At the end of the rollback, there will be an Apology Event which will help you catch up on the progress lost. Here are its details:
            • Increased chances of getting gems and seeds while smashing blocks;
            • IAPs will give 25% more gems;
            • The Rollback Plaque IV will be available in game for a limited time.

            We would like to assure you that your account passwords are secure. Do not hesitate to change them if you have any doubts, or if you've shared them with anyone, but this information cannot be - and was not - accessed.

            We would also appreciate if you would not contact support at this point for further information, and use this thread to discuss the rollback - there's no need to create hundreds of threads on the same topic.

            We're sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding on this matter.

                Unfortunately we still cannot provide an accurate ETA yet, because your hard work and progress are very important and we need to ensure everything is working as intended before the game is brought back online.
