I broke over 1000 Sugarcane blocks and didn't get any, so I think not.

Possibly but I've used 350+ thanksgiving bells and gotten 1 riding turkey 🦃 and like 20-30 turkey sets 😂 pretty unsuccessful for getting the rarer items but I'll still profit as me and my buddy Sage are the only ones who have used over like 100 bells 🔔
