No, but in general I'm currently playing on an xbox one x and I used to play on a ps3, ps vita etc. Playstation stuff. I could say that the ps3 is the best console you could ever get if you're on a budget...

Impossible. The file in question is the client app, used to connect to the (now non-existent) servers of Growtopia. It doesn't do any of the game work though, it's just supposed to render.
