They have never worked for me. In my opinion, Ubisoft should move on from TapJoy to another more reliable ad service.

I just did some download apps action it took 3 hours for it to finally credit. +4k gems. But yeah Ubisoft needs to either use ad services like Google Ads or Vungle. TapJoy never really works and most offers are too absurd, i mean i have to make an in app purchase in a 2gb game just to get 10k gems? Heck no

Yikes so it all depends on luck then, im not downloading a 2gb game just for 13k gems, hope ubi will switch soon

Tapjoy has been around for a long time, they have to be doing something right. Obviously some of the offers are rigged, but that's how it is for literally every other download app/other type companies, not to mention that you're still getting rewards so it's not completely bad. I did them on gt when I was noob and on numerous other applications before gt and its always been reliable. If you haven't received anything, email them and make sure to provide proof, they're human too and sometimes make errors.

Oh okay, though trying to reach out through support is a waste of time. Ive heard alot of people complaining how support was leagues worse than gt's

I don't do downloads because it was useless. I only used ads and some wth quizzes. Rarely I can see an event happening on tapjoy which is called x2 free gems.
