The ways i know are:
•Role quest
•From the sales man including
-100 Caduceus
-100 Brains
-100 buckazoid
-Mc and cheese star(i forgot how many)
-Wolf ticket (forgot)
•Daily quest
•Daily bonus (If you are level 65)
•Complete all life goals (level 65)
•Votw
•Wotd

20 wolf tickets
Complete all life goals (level 60*)
Votw gets you 20 tokens, while wotd gets you 10 tokens

Simply ONLY do role quests on their role quest day.

eg. "Today is Building day!" Where your first role quest gives you 1 gtoken.

Reason:

Since the quest's difficulty increases every level, you have to treasure the low level quests as you can complete the quest easily and get the gtoken.

Eg. Level 0 fishing----- Get 200lbs of fish
Level 2 fishing----- Get 1,000lbs of fish

It also means that you can have a lower wl to gtoken ratio at low levels


By doing role quests only on their respective days, you get to maximise the opportunity of having a lower wl to gtoken ratio before the levels increase uwu

If you're lucky, some quests might even require you to spend 0 wls to get the gtoken at low levels.

The quests do not get harder as you progress, but you require more xp to level up so it takes longer to progress through the levels.

I'd recommend you to earn Growtokens by completing Daily Quests as mentioned before, though.

The fastest way to get them is locke but that is a gigantic massive ultra large waste of wls
so just do role quests,daily quest,etc

You can also get gtokens from buying them with buckazoids/caduceus/Mac n cheese stars, etc. You can also get gtokens from placing in the guild event. All the other ways are listed above✌️
