Probably a high arrow meaning higher rarity seeds like chands/magic bells will increase the chance of you getting bmc

Amount of seeds x Rarity : 15000 = Amount of bmc (its all about luck though, this is just an estimation)

hmm I get 5 balanced mooncakes for 300 seeds last year so around 45 bmc I guess

Those numbers are approximate for 2600 trees of the following farmables:
For peppers: 8 BMCs
For grids: 11 BMCs
For chands: 15 BMCs
