So, I want to buy the road to glory gem pack on the apology day happening after summerfest and I want to know if the gem count gotten increases for all the stages or is it that only the first instant 100k increases by the apology day percentage.

I doubt it, the gems are claimed one by one after you purchase it. They don't go directly to your inventory.

But I'm guessing i will get 25k gems extra because the first 100k is instant not claiming
