    Hello I submit my ticket on 5 july and now already 12 july.
    What happent to the ticket? How to check if the ticket still active or close? Should I submit new one?
    Goals :
    • Focused Eyes (25/100)
    • Win 2 World Of The Day (1/2)
    • Zeus ( Still So Far Away)
    • Own All Ring ( 5/10 )

      Same thing happened to me. I purchased gems on July 2 and I submit ticket on July 3, and now its July 13 still no gems nor a response from support. I have receipt and proof of purchase.

        Its not like Im Inpatient but I need some update on my report...btw bro all we can do now is wait I guess.
