Meet Our New Moderators [2.0]

Hello Growtopians!

Yesterday we introduced you to our associates from Canada... today we would like to introduce you to our new batch of moderators for our new Community Initiative: Moderators 2.0!

We know that you all want to see more active mods both in-game and in the forum, that's why we hired veteran players from the community who are genuinely concerned about the game and are passionate about helping out players.

These new moderators came from different countries, thus, enabling us to cover all time zones. You will see them in-game moderating the game, interacting and engaging with players!

Hi, all!

A lot of you probably recognise me as one of the members of the Forum Guardian initiative - it’s with great pride and excitement that I get the opportunity to now serve you all in a much larger, more direct capacity as a full moderator.

As stated when the Forum Guardians first arrived, I’m a veteran player who has been playing Growtopia for over 6 years now so I know an incredible amount about the game. That, along with my drive to help and engage with the community, along with my pragmatic nature, are part of why I was chosen to serve you guys - and why I truly believe I’ll do a great job.

I’m well aware of the skepticism that envelopes some of you in regards to the choices of these candidates, but I assure you that I have the best intentions to help this game I know and love thrive, and I know my teammates do as well.

Moderating for me isn’t just about banning spammers and foiling casinos - I intend to build a bridge between the staff and the community. Your feedback, your opinions and your ideas all have the potential to make this game thrive - I’ll be aiming to also help push the game forward in the right direction.

Hey guys, I’m Ottowo. I’m an old, highly experienced player (started way back in 2013) that is looking forward to joining the mod team to help you guys out! Aside from my experience in-game, I’m a good choice as a mod due to my maturity, logical thinking abilities, involvement within the community, and the drive to further help players. I’m huge on interaction with the community, as well as gathering feedback to improve the current state of the game. I want to see the best for the community, so while I will be busy banning and such in-game, I plan to engage with you guys as much as possible, while also hearing out every individual’s opinion. I, along with the other mods, have actually been working on tons of different suggestions for the team, and we hope to see you guys get involved with them. See ya around!

Hiya, I’m Sabaei.

I’ve been playing Growtopia since around about the middle of 2014 and it’s been pretty fun immersing myself in the various games and activities this game has to offer. I’ve spent countless hours (not quite countless since the game has an inbuilt feature, but anyway) developing my knowledge of the game and integrating myself into the community. I generally try not to get involved in drama and follow the game’s rules with my best intentions.

Outside of Growtopia I fill my time solving riddles/puzzles, watching movies/anime/tv shows and playing other games. I’m pretty hooked on the MCU, my favourite characters are probably Drax, Korg and Peter Quill’s Mother, for her great taste in music. I won’t start listing all of my hobbies and interests here, but I may divulge more if I come across interesting looking threads.

As I said before, I’ve been an active member of this community for a while now, and although many of you reading this may not have met me before I’d love to chat some time and branch out further into the community. As an experienced player, I have the same worries and concerns as all of you, but I hope as a Moderator I will help keep the community safe, healthy and enjoyable.

I am Zruul, one of the new community moderators. I have been playing Growtopia for a VERY long time, over 6 years.
I value hard work the most in Growtopia and I believe that everyone should work hard to achieve their goals. My goal is to stop as many rule breaking activities as possible. It won't be easy but I will try my best to make Growtopia a better place for everyone. I was picked because I am very active in game and I had no drama issues in the past.
