Meet Our New Ubistaff: Baskerville and Ayame

Today I will be introducing you to 2 new addition to our Growtopia Community Team here at Ubisoft!

Ladies and gentlemen, meet Baskerville, our Community Product Manager... and Ayame, our Community Manager for Consoles (Don't worry guys, I'll still be here. We just need help in giving attention to the console version).

Hi all,

I am so happy that it is finally the time to introduce myself to the Growtopian Community! I’ve made my way from the snowy lands of Austria down to the sandy south to support Ubisoft Abu Dhabi in their Community and Customer Support matters.

So you are wondering what the heck is a Community Product Manager? I even don’t know what I am doing, so don’t worry. Jokes aside, I will help coordinating and guiding the community team in Abu Dhabi as well as our partner studio on Mobile, PC and Consoles.
Over all, my goal is to not only grow the community but also foster a positive and fair environment for all of you on all platforms.

As to my person, I am a smol monkey working in the Video Game industry for quite some time. My favourite food is tofu and who would have guessed it, bananas. I’ve been playing video games since I was little and my favourite genres are any kind of MMOs, RPGs, and strategy games.

Now, you probably would like to know the things the team and I will tackle soon and I can tell you that we have many interesting things planned for the near future, so I hope you’re as eagerly looking forward to them as we are.

Hi! I’m Ayame, the new Community Manager, and I will be in charge of the community on consoles. My wish and goal is to create a friendly environment that is going to be safe and entertaining for everyone, and that will uphold the tradition and values of Growtopia.

I'm an avid gamer for over 20 years, especially when it comes to FPS and FRP genres, and I also have more than 10 years of experience in video game industry, from consulting and writing scenarios for HOPA and Point-and-Click games to working closely with players from different continents in/on a popular MMO game. My hobbies include photography, performing music and eating food! I love to travel and enjoy meeting people from all over the world.

Thanks for the welcome And hey, we read all the comments! As for me, I started to play Growtopia fairly recently and enjoyed the experience so far! But I know some of you have years of experience with the game and that it is super complex, so I will give my best to play more often from now on and catch up with you guys. I'll be open for input and the guidance of you all, to get to know the community and the game better
