  • Check My Dropped Lwiz log.

    I have been sending a support mail for two weeks and have not received a reply. The video that I make the wizard is on my Instagram. Please look at my email or check my wizard log.

      I am angry because I sent the support mail that they are talking about 2 weeks ago and did not reply even though I sent it 4 times. Some players fix it and I get more upset about not fixing it. I have an video of making a wizard on my Instagram. That is the evidence.

        Just calm down. Because of the current glitches in the game they're receiving thousands of mails and if you'll spam them you won't get your reply even longer as your mail will be last in the queue. There are lots of players that aren't receiving mails from support but just don't spam them as they get lots of mails already and they can't reply that fast without looking closer into the case.

              Well, from what I've learned, if you "insist" on your query, they will become humans.
              What I mean is:
              You sent an email and they replied with a prewritten text.
              Reply to the email (while still being informative and polite), and they'll magically transform into human beings and help you get your issue resolved.

                  First off, your dropped LWIZ needs to be investigated first to see if it is made out of any of the duplicated items. Customer support will surely assist you with that so if you already sent an email regarding that then you are on the right track. Just kindly wait for a response from them because at this point your ticket report is already queued for sure but since the team is receiving tons of emails now. Do not send a follow-up email because that will bring your ticket report back in the end of the queue and that will make you wait longer.
