I'm still a bigger fan of hand-picking people to such position as we indeed had great moderators in the past and they are still here with us. Also an great opportunity to have a chance at such important position. Hopefully it's gonna be an improvement and not a downfall where people will start doing abusive things after getting such responsibility on their shoulders.
