  • Why does support not send a confirmation email?

    Title says most of it, this is a serious question.

    This is the only game with a support mechanic that does not send you an email confirming that support has received your email and it will be responded to when they get to it.

    This would cut back so much of the spam you guys get from people sending multiple emails not knowing if their first one went through.

    For real though, why is this not a thing?

    Yeah, it happened to me as well, when I was trying to white-list a device.
