The guardians is kinda like a moderator with less mod powers. Only the forum guardians can get the Guardian rank Ingame.

I think they chose them already, since that Game Guardian rank is already available in-game.

Reg4shi's official instragram, and some older post by Odric and Nekorei. I'm not entirely sure if they are still on board with this idea though.
