It's cute how you talk like you know these things, but it just doesn't work like that.

I have never seen/heard anyone get suspended for hosting a dropgame. It's either a 7 or 30 day ban.

Just take a look at reviews from people and their experiences from the game. There Is a lot going on and you cant possibly keep track of everything.

        Neither can you.

Majority of the reviews are by brainwashed kids, who don't have opinions of their own. They just say "me got ban ubisoft noob seth hamumu better!".

okay heres the simple one :
one scammer could scam bunch of innocent people
BUT one innocent people don't harm anyone

if you were a moderator, which one will you take?

actually i was banned years ago, i definitely know how it feels to being banned and yeah, at some point i agree with u but sometime we must grow up and learn

Well i guess, it is pretty easy to simply grow out of the game and do something meaningful. However, some people invested countless hours and effort on the game.

Just see in pixel world even they do buy/sell out of the game account or etc. that is not related to their game they dont perma ban them they ban it 1-60 days or weeks before they ban them permanent if they continue the things they do for 3-5 times. The game get big in just almost 2 years getting all the players from gt.

Well, there’s a reason why we were suspended. However, I do wanna say that we as players should have more information given to why we are banned. It isn’t just right that we have to dig so hard with support just to know exactly why our own account is banned. Besides that, there should be a statement on the punishments of different acts in game; this will give the players a better idea on the severity of their action and make them think twice, rather than just assuming it’ll just be a light punishment. I might have a biased opinion since I too have been suspended for sharing account with someone who committed an offense. I’m just saying if I had know the severity of my own actions, I might had thought twice before deciding to commit such acts. In the end, we know that Ubisoft definitely won’t make the punishment lighter, but I do hope they can be more transparent and don’t turn a blind eye towards players who committed an offense.

                    Are you encouraging/tolerating outside-of-game trading?

Nah i think he just means that a similar game has flourished better from their punishment strategy instead of suspensions as a first time offense. Instead, suspensions are meted after several repeated offences or if the very first offence is too serious.

Do you have proof that Growtopia has banned players permanently for the first time without committing serious offences?

Just accept your ban and move on with your alt which is what you’re already doing.

However, I do agree that permanent bans shouldn’t be given to those light crimes such as hosting drop games and some other which I couldn’t think of at the moment. Though I don’t think permanent bans are given randomly to light crimes. However imo, suspensions are reasonable for SB war’ers. The chat isnt a place for such inappropriate comments even if you can afford it.

Logs never lie. If you know you broke the rules, you deal with it and move on. I’ve been emailing support back and forth a few times and their response has been above average. Even the worst reply I got was an automated email but a quick resend would fix that problem. Of course your first sentence has to go straight to the point otherwise you might as well just expect another automated reply.

Alright, Since I have heard that you guys keep talking about these. I have to speak about these things. Yes, The punishments for these kinds of issues should be changed to the better. For every act comes a mistake and should be offered a second chance. This, of course, depends on the players. This means how old players they are, The older they are the more they know about the rules.

Moderators mostly should and will check the players status, how old they are, how many accounts they have banned, warned or how many times they have done that. Most likely everyone in this game is welcome to the game itself and any of their mistakes should be punished but not harshly at least. Not every rule violation is equal.

This means that Moderators or Guardians can not ban people based on their decision. This has been an issue on which a ban time that harshly long seems right to the moderator but not to the community or of which rule the players broke themselves. Yes, this means that Moderators can not decide on how many days they feel the players should be banned but how it should be right. they also have to see how they broke it, the way they did it.

But do not think that Moderators are wrong all the time as they are others who are complete liars and manipulative, trying to get more support on their side, also to tell who is the victim of some sort.

What is a normal person reply be like, in your opinion?

I tried Support once, it didn’t feel automated.
Yeah, agreed they use copy paste fonts, but it’s still not automated an actual person responds...
