I think this is great. Involving the community makes the players be closer to the Growtopia staff. Hiring more staff is also nice and it'd help stop illegal activities by a lot. I think the next step could be adding more polls in the gazette on future updates to see what the community wants most.

I rarely see any casinos in the day time, at night I only see a couple.
Spammers are almost extinct, all the casino links I enter lead to inaccessible worlds.
I personally love the chat update since I've already got used to the colors.
Support is faster than ever.
Keep it going, and Growtopia will be scam and casino free in no-time!

Yeah, I'm calling a total BS on that. Whenever I PM a mod/admin/guardian, most of the times I receive no reply. And by most, I mean that 4 out of 5 times were ignored.

First of all, we are aware of the situation and the impact this has on the community. We don't tolerate this kind of behavior in any way, eventually it will get you suspended in the game. We're trying our best to monitor SBs especially. Sometimes we might miss something and we're sorry when we do. The team tries their best to follow up on this kind of misbehavior and we'll make sure to look into how to improve monitoring in the future. As always please make sure to report hateful, sexist and any other kind of bigot speech and we'll make sure that the team will follow up on these issues as soon as they can and apply the appropriate punishments.

I spent about an hour watching broadcasts off and on earlier in-game, and saw well over 50 casinos/drop games being Super Broadcasted. They haven't gone anywhere - perhaps there are only few in your time zone, which is still progress if so - but we are far from solving these scams entirely.

Also, upon entering a popular buy+ world for surgery items, I am immediately seeing tons of spammers. Also haven't gone anywhere.

Growtopia is doing good, though I'm unsure if it's actually much better than previous years.

We often get around 20 messages a minute just by having our name visible, banning a single world can take 10 seconds to several minutes depending on how much we need to investigate; it's not because we're ignoring you intentionally, it's just a physical impossibility to respond to a fair chunk of the messages we receive.

If you message us to report a world, we will often go to that world and deal out adequate punishments, but we don't really get time to thank players for their reports

We want moderators and staff to be engaging, interacting with players. We want them to host more parkours and fun activity related events. Personally i don't see any difference between moderators or normal players if we think them like event hosters. Is it really more fun to play parkour or talking with moderators? We shouldn't keep them busy for hosting parkour or spleef.
