My initial guess was that the malady challenge would be EXCLUSIVE to surgery day so anyone can get maladies easily, but turns out nope. Now it just encourages people to illegally make tons of alts...

The big issue with this event is that it quite literally promotes alt abuse. I'm very against it without it having a proper rework.

I don't think a complete removal of the Malady Mash is the solution. All that needs to be done is some balancing.
