I can understand for trophies that do come back but doing it for trophies that don't like turkeys or cybers this was quite unnecessary?
In general I actually prefer the years on them. Gives visual & symbolic value to know when they were obtained

I think it's only fair to have the years written for those YEARLY competitions since it actually makes them more commemorative. I find that the WOTD trophies being consistent would make more sense.

Any chance the same could be done to revert all WOTD trophies to Ultra Trophies 3000? Frankly, not a huge fan of the 20XX designs, prefer the nice simplicity of the Ultra Trophy.

Let me explain: Trophies obtained 2017-2019 used to have it written on them making them limited and valuable. Now they've been merged to one making it no longer limited.
