Imo making a list of what should be transmutable is pointless since literally nearly all the clothes should be transmutable except for a very few exceptions. The point of the transmutabooth is to have mods on clothes you want to wear for the looks and almost all the clothes in the game are there for you to look the way you want. A couple exceptions I can think of would be the gauntlet of elements and neutron pack and the gun which shouldn't be transmutable because they have mods that are exclusive to themselves.

I tried the transmutabooth today. I couldn't add mods to any of the cosmetic items I wear on my set because they are clothes not much people wear, and thus they aren't transmutable yet. White tuxedo, hairy legs, crazy zombie hair. Even though they are really cool clothes, they aren't common.

Tunic - Royal Blue can be transmuted but not the red version Tunic - Royal Red, what the heck is up with that
