    Yeah i know right! They solved the issue of me getting banned because the autoban thought I was cheating. They said that i was using macro bots to autofarm, even though i was using ice! They even suspended and deleted my account later! Thanks support, you're the best!

        I would just tell support to be more candid with the player from the start. You know more than the player about what you can and can't do about any situation. I think it's ok to deliver the worse case scenario to a player up front to prepare them emotionally, anything you can do beyond that will be viewed as a bonus. At the end of the day the guild couldn't be returned the way it was before it was stolen. Knowing that information up front would have not left room for the player to dream up all kinds of compensation scenarios. The expectation for the guild to be restored in perfect condition wouldn't have existed.

        I would tell the players that support is compromised of humans that have emotions as well. You may be upset about your situation but they didn't cause it to happen. They are only trying to help with the resources and information provided to them. I would probably not give my full effort to help somebody who is being negative to me along the way.

          Well, you got something back at least. Others might not be fortune as you are.

          You know the thing is... Growtopia support might not be the best, and what you say is logical and needs them to fix what's wrong. But... what's illogical is that, you can rant all you want, but you'll still be playing the game.

          And if you think twice ahead of time and question yourself... Is Growtopia Support going to do anything, even after posting a rant? And the answer being probably no. Then why would you want others to get involved in your issue. Cause in this forum we already kinda get a lot of complaints about Growtopia support already, so adding another complaint would simply make it +1.

            this reminded me of the story of a poor guy whose dls got hacked by a glitch yet the support didnt care about restoring them, that was 3 years ago, i guess they havent changed untill now

                It's obviously your fault, idk what you're talking about.
                You definitely had control over that situation, come on.
                You were totally able to avoid it, and not lose so much stuff.
                It blatantly isn't the game's fault for having a few exploitable glitches.
                It's you, the player, who is responsible for all of this, of course.

                  He was the first guild or second to get destroyed how did he know and how will he be able to avoid if he doesnt know about the glitch

                                Sad truth is that they can't give back stuff what they can't confirm we have had. So what doesn't show in logs, is gone forever if something happens and we have accepted this in tos. Ik it is sad and i hate it, but there is nothing what we can do. We don't own a thing in Growtopia.
