If u want to buy/sell, wasting 1 world lock isnt a big deal right? As u may already have 'some' wls in backpack, its one-time-thing anyway, just buy it once and u wont need to buy it anymore

I don't think that the owner of BuyRayman is doing anything illegal so there is no reason to nuke his/her world as long as he/she is not doing anything illegal so he/she should be fine, well he is kinda greedy for putting those parkour and vend stuff on the links but it's his/her world so he/she can do anything legal he/she wants to

Well, in the end of the day it's his world nevertheless, so he basically has the power to do whatever he wants (even build a dirt hut.) in it, provided that it doesn't somehow conflicts with any of the rules, or isn't recognised as illegal overall. He can choose to build whatever he wants, a parkour, a trade world, or even nothing at all, it's his world, as there's no rule that states that he must build with accordance to the world's name.
