Let me correct that a bit:
    - There are 2 steps to be a moderator. First, you need to apply as a Game Guardian when we open the application (through the Gazette in-game). If you pass and we think you are worthy then we will select you to be part of the Guardian team. Second, you will get promoted as a moderator IF you did an excellent job being a game guardian. So that all depends on your performance.

As for working in Ubisoft as a staff, that's a different story. We're talking about being an employee here. Being a Support Specialist and Community Manager is a job. While mods and guardians are volunteers, they are not paid but we provide them compensations and certain in-game powers (but that is why we are very selective of who we will accept).

I dont understand why players wanted to became mod

    Is it because of power/fame/respect?

Moderators are busy all the time i can tell, less time with friends i think? More responsibilities.

Yes i dreamed to became mod but,i realized that im not worth of being so/i have did mistakes from my past years
    But who never does?

You will have to first apply to be a Guardian, and then you may be later promoted into a moderator once your worthy enough. To be honest, you don't really have to worry so much on chances. If your really worth it and really meant to become a moderator, then you will!. If it's meant to be, it'll be!.

So that leaves 20 thousand. 20.000 : 100 = 200. 3 : 200 = 0,015% chance of you becoming a guardian. My math is definely not correct so it may be lower.

I see, thank you for the explanation ;d
