    No use posting here, from my personal experience with previous roll backs aslong as you give sufficient information they should be able to help you. But you have to remember [B]EVERYONE[B] is contacting them so they are insanely busy plus since it's all remote work and no one's in the office cause of covid it will just increase the time you will get a response. Don't be surprised if you don't hear from them for more then 2 weeks aslong as you create a ticket you will eventually get a response.
