    its been 12 days since i flied ticket in 4 july, will they reply my ticket? coz i lost 2 mag..

    What is the status of ur ticket? Is it in "Working" or "Waiting"?

      I've emailed them first of July and got my Magplant back nineth of July, but I believe that I was one of the first ones that messaged the support because I've messaged them 20 minutes right after the servers started working, so I'd say be patient.

              They are working on my case for about 9days. They responded on 7th and i wrote the ticket on 4th.

                          Hello everyone

                          If your item went missing, please contact support and they should ask for more detail how you lost it
                          Once they able to verify it and if it true then they can give you gems as a apology so you can buy it back.

                          Also big thank to GadNokBow for helping me out!
