Just like what I said, the lowest he got was 9, and the highest was 31. He has 2698 lgrid trees in one world, and yes he did use the new item.

Update on this.

He harvested 10 farms again and got 218 balance mooncakes. The highest he got is 25 and the lowest is 11. I don't think there is a nerf, you just got unlucky with your harvests.
