Sooooo...apparently, someone got it. She said she had to put out 20k fires with a firehouse. Dont question this. This is what she said (nothing intended)

Edit: And idk much about the RNG thing. However, it fits the criteria of a “cheap” but “long” achievement so it shld probably be true
