I dont think he got banned for selling his shitty ebook. Why would they ban his GT account and not go to court or send him an email or something? This whole situation is messed up and people thinking the ebook is the cause are blind. Its the same situation as with anons, people on insta go bonkers and spread wrong information like „he got banned for owning rollback 1 seed“, but it turned out that he sold dls.
Mrsongo was also selling gt merch and even used gts sprite, for me its clear, exsaudia got banned for selling something for irl currency

I have continuously ask any moderators involved in this investigating if ExSaudia's ban is because ebook or not.

I do personally think that the rules should be updated to be much more clear, but as usual, you have to read the ToS just in case, knowing full all it's a contract that you are obligated to follow.
Secondly, about Obunaga making intros, I think that it's OK, as companies, in a way let people make stuff based on the sprites, but the caveat is that it has to benefit the company.
In your example, Obunaga makes intros for PeterW, PeterW makes videos that give Growtopia exposure, Ubisoft benefits, PeterW benefits.
In the case of ExSaudia, if the reason he is banned is due to the e-book, then there are two things that might happen:

Mods do not arbitrarily give permanent penalties, if all the explanations here about e-books that do not violate copyright at all, and it makes sense, then the exsaudia did RMT, who knows about this?
