Off-topic doesn't mean you can post empty threads or spam. We'll delete threads with nothing inside, nobody likes a giftbox and when you open it, it's empty right? It's a sub-forum where you post non-growtopia related threads. If your thread got deleted, I suggest not overdoing it again as it might lead you to get banned.
