Aight, let's talk about power levels then. Lemme list the ff. Stands from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure that are essentially OP. Spoilers ahead though, don't say I didn't warn you. Read all of the parts first, dummy.

Star Platinum (In physical terms, one of the strongest. Can stop time.)
Gold Experience Requiem (Reverts abilities to zero, as if they never happened.)
Notorious B.I.G. (Constantly chases the fastest thing in it's vicinity, completely indestructible.)
Made in Heaven (Accelerates time to the point where the universe gets reborn, has infinite in speed.)
Heavy Weather/Weather Report (Complete control over weather and turns people into snails.)
Tusk (Act 4) (Utilizes the Infinite Rotation. Getting hit by Tusk means all of your cells start spinning infinitely, making you unable to move away from the spot where you were hit.)
Heaven's Door (Turns the target into a book, which then the user can write whatever action they want into the target.)
The Hand (Erases whatever is swiped.)
King Krimson (Erases time and leaps past it. Essentially the user can move in the erased time.)
The World (Time stop.)
Killer Queen (Bites the Dust) (Reverses time.)
Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (User can go into parallel worlds by being in-between something, can bring objects or people from said world, many possibilities.)

And of course, don't get me started on Touhou characters, though they don't have an anime besides fan-made ones.
