Well if i understood what he said correctly, he assumes that he wont get ban and that's why he promote private server. So it that true? He can do it? Wont link persons ig or tube, but over 40k subs in tube and he promote private server, isn't any little thing.

Be it a famous person or not, creating and promoting a private server is illegal. People are strongly discourage to play from a private server as it is risking your information and passwords.

Playing on a private server is against Ubisoft (Growtopia)'s terms of service. It doesn't matter if a famous or regular player is promoting it. The best thing to do is to not participate in any private server invitation/links as it may contain malicious software that will steal your data and/or your password. Work hard for your items and you'll eventually achieve whatever you want.

It is impossible to report a private server so how lol! it is against ubi tos obviously! You can get your real gt account permanment suspended, even it was 730 days before. i think these youtubers just want money.

its kinda impossible IMO since the coders could just make a private server out of all IP address that existed on this world, even encrypted codes would be useless but idk thats my opinion
