Just going to go out on a whim and say this. In my honest opinion Apple phones and devices in general are just horrendously overpriced, whilst their Android counterparts are far more reasonably priced. That being said I own both

anyways,I use a xiaomi mi a1 which runs on stock Android so it's all good. Been using it for almost 2 years and it still runs smooth

but..

imo,apple is the choice if you wanna have the same phone for a long time,it's pretty powerful now and the price nowadays isn't too overpriced,the new iphones offer more than it did previously.

Samsung's processor tends to get rusty in a short time

Huawei's Kirin processor is a big meme and the camera really isn't as impressive as it seem it is and the software is also disgusting

Xiaomi usually have good affordably mid range phones but the bloatwares is a big ew,unless you're using the Xiaomi A series which runs on stock Android

Oneplus,the flagship killer,killed itself with the 7
