    Idk or is it just me that quarantine made me eat more junk food more than ever

          Cardio and lighter meals, generally. There exists a copious amount of information about different goals for weight loss and the how to go about doing so, but if you are not too serious about the matter, just generally keep track of what you eat and try to do cardio a few times a week.

                Drink a lot of coffee and water...

                Can't guarantee it works, but, well... I do that, and I'm really slim, even though I do eat some unhealthy crap Sometimes

                      Cardio is good for loosing fat but you also have to watch what you eat, eat less calories and watch the amount of sugar & salt you eat. A good start is just drinking only water, no juices or “soda” as the Americans call it .

                        Exercise and I suggest running 1-2 hours every day, eat less fat food and less snack such as dounats chocolate etc.

                            exercise, less junk food, go for a healthy jog every morning, while keeping yourself safe from the virus.

                            May I suggest to not listen to the voices inside your head telling you that you have exercised long enough and that leftover KFC bucket won't hurt that much to eat, but it is up to you.

                            and don't starve yourself, please. you may try fasting but dear god please do not starve yourself.

                            all size is beautiful in their own ways but it is indeed normal and understandable for someone to want a change on their weight, whether it would be smaller or bigger. But always keep that in mind.
