  • My Growtopia account's been suspended.

    Hey, I know this isn't "the right place for reports" but I really don't know how to use the new support system.

    I just tried logging onto my Growtopia account, Skullifer, and noticed a suspension, caused by some other player. It's for 550 days, I don't even know the other dude and I can't wait that long to play the game again.

    If any staff member capable of helping me out would PM me to sort this out, I'd be forever grateful. For real, I tried using the ubisoft support page to report this but I guess I'm dumb enough to not be able to figure it out


    Can't help but miss the simpler days of emailing for reports

    UPDATE: The whole situation's been fixed, huge thanks to everyone for the help! Love y'all

                  All you gotta do is contact the support team via email on growtopiagame.com and they will do the rest. Do note though, they may take up to 3 days to reply. Good luck bruh!.

                    Have you been using a VPN to play Growtopia? It could result in some weird bans like that. Usually it's supposed to go away as soon as you disable the VPN so I doubt that this is the case. Anyway, if it's an unfair ban, then it should be removed pretty soon. Don't lose hope, because the support team's got your back... hopefully!
