I really like the Dr. title and angel of mercy wings, but I can't bother to learn surgery, is it okay if I give my friend access to my account to let him do the surgeries for me, like is it considered account sharing/illegal or anything of the sort that can get 1 of the people banned?

Well to be honest you should never give your account information to anyone, however it would be okay if the person was doing surgeries on your computer at your house under your supervision other than that the short answer is, it's illegal.

Possibly illegal, but in reality nobody gives a crap. Just keep in mind that if he scams you, nobody will help (not like support refunds anything either way).

Its illigal if it is a person online but if it is an IRL friend, its probably ok.
