Why Farmable are rising?

I want to ask whoever read this thread

Just because Harvest Festival is in the next 3 month,all the farmable(s)keep rising?

And yeah,After Harvest Fest ended,are farmable(s) will drop again?

Harvest fest is in 4-5 months. I think the reason it is rising is because there are a lot of people who came back during this lockdown and wanted to farm again since farming is a very low risk profit method. Another thing is because, people are stocking gems for the upcoming Summer festival.
