I would rate it a 7. In my thread "The Evolution of Growtopia Culture", somebody said that there are many people who play for personal gain opposed to charity and that is true. He also noted the developers are starting to rework old properties into updates, showing that the idea mill might be running a little low. Besides those problems I still love Growtopia to death and while it is a flawed game, it's still one I enjoy playing, thus earning my rating of 7.

A nice game, better than most games I played, ok community, cool stuff to do..

I'll give a 8.75, and mostly because there isn't a cat mask D:

But it's a really good game compared to Club Penguin, Poptropica, Animal Jam and Minecraft.
It won't beat Terraria for me though, even if Terraria is extremely lonely

7 because it is a very good game, but scammers have pretty much ruined it, and mods are not active enough.

Can't rate, because I don't think I want to.
Moderators tend to hide themselves too much.
People are messaging moderators for nonsense.
Scammers cannot be stopped at times.
Seth's hair is too messy.
Hamumu's hair looks too rainbow-y.
Stuff is always getting nerfed.
People are too greedy.

I can't blame the game for the players, so I can't rate.

Adapting to the game takes an extended period of time. Not to mention that the whole premises of the game is repeatedly breaking blocks — and yes, one must — to be able to even utilize any of the items. That is such a vapid, monotonous concept that the description of the game is almost false advertising.

The community — as vile as it stands — makes the game interesting, not the gameplay. The reason I still partake in the game's affairs is due to the diversity in the community.
