Speed Medallion, just because of a few things:

1. Speed mod
2. Lightning Trails effect (Legit one of the coolest effects in the game)
3. Good with any set as the neck item.

*cause horns are the best items in the game cosmetic wise which is why I was hoping that they could release Mahhtin's Demonic Horn.
