A few weeks ago, I had a friend who sent me a link which I thought was a Growtopia Game. I clicked on it and immediately got brought to Growtopia, I used a guest account and entered the server. The moment I went to the world Start, I was banned for 60 days immediately by an auto. I had to suffer for 5 days without Growtopia. After that, I had to play Growtopia with an app I used that has a second account for every app. It's an app where if you're banned on an account, I will enter the app and clicked on Growtopia. Then it'll allow me to play unbanned but without it, I am still banned. I may think this is not allowed but it was an honest mistake for me to click the link.

This is my story previously, currently I'm still banned. I was banned for 60 days which I can never wait for that long.

I will not expose the app so if any banned players are here because of spamming or anything, I do not want them to use the app and continuing with their behaviour.

That's ban evasion. And even if you got unfairly banned, after that they have a reason to suspend you forever.

I use Parallel Space to help keep social medias properly separate. I've never had an issue playing Growtopia on the same device.

The only way I could see you being banned for using it, is if you have two instances of Growtopia open on the same device at once - which isn't allowed. I highly doubt using Parallel Space is the sole reason for your punishments (unless of course, support verified that it was in fact the cause).


OP - Right now what you are doing is ban-evading. You made a mistake by clicking on the link, and you were rightly punished for it. Getting around that ban is likely going to cause more harm than good. I think it would be best to stop using that app to evade your ban and come to terms with your punishment, 60 days isn't that bad - you're lucky you weren't permabanned; although, now that you've admitted to ban evading, I'm sure you're not too far from that either.

If you think you were wrongly banned, you can contact support. If you're on PC, go to this website and open a ticket. You will need to make an Ubisoft account for this - use the same email you used to make your Growtopia account! If you're on mobile, you can get help by clicking on "Support" in the same menu you would use to exit the world. It does sound like you deserved the ban, but everyone deserves a chance to be heard and get help if it's needed.

you paste the website link, and after that you paste the website which you suspect to contain viruses. Or just head to the website and paste it there. It should tell you if there's anything dangerous. Also, Windows 10 comes with Anti-Virus to get rid of viruses, But you should probably get another one, If you ever had a subscription with McAfee, the Web Adviser will ALWAYS stay with you, it checks your downloads and can stop you from going to dangerous websites, And chrome also has features which can stop you from visiting dangerous websites and downloading harmful files. All of these tips are for PC, I don't know about other operating systems or search engines or other Anti-Viruses, since I learned all of these tips because I use those programs.
