What's the best hand item in the game for yah? What do y'all like the most?

Well although it's kinda useless, I really do love the skull launcher, just because it's so cool!. I mean seriously, we're talking about a gun that can literally shoot an infinate amount black holes, what could possibly be any cooler than that?.

Demon arm. I got mine a couple years ago, and it’s amazing. It breaks faster and also has farther reach.

As far as usefulness goes, definitely this. Not the best-looking item that does this (Legendary Dragon does the same afaik), but its affordability and relatively nice design makes it a great early-game choice. I'd still go with Legendary Dragon if you can afford it though, or just any dragon if you prefer looks over utility.
