How do I stop gambling while simultaneously playing this game?

Title. I can't seem to stop finding aspects of the game that isn't gambling without being utterly repetitive. I have played Growtopia for 5 years, and for most of the part I haven't been affected by the luck factor until recent times where more and more events are just RNG-based and the fact that casinos are everywhere. I do not want to quit this game since I have so many memories playing this game but at the same time part of me wants to quit as I keep burning my capital into the flames. The fact that I'm a gambling problems irl is also a factor.

Do not say that I shouldn't go to a casino in the first place and that I could be banned for doing so, as you mini-mods are just trying to build up your post count posting google-search answers or common sense, or just paraphrasing what the guy above you just said.

I don't think there's much anyone can do about it as if you remove essential thing of casino they are going to think of alternatives to keep such game going just to make themselves an easy profit even if it means that they'll get banned countless times. It's your choice if you want to break rules. Other people just wanna make you aware of what's gonna happen if you do so. It's not because of that mini-modding mumbo jumbo.

This, I don't care if they make a billion alternatives, I just want help on how to stop participating in them. Yes I know I'm breaking the rules by participating in them and I can get banned for that and everyone does as well. I'm just looking for solutions and help on how to stop participating in them. Everyday I have at least thought of gambling once everytime I play this game.

In the gazette they should add some anti-gambling campaign at least, make an effort to help gamblers cope with how to stop gambling, not just reprimanding on that it is illegal, since there are many work around methods to avoid getting banned.
