Gosh, I'm so stupid. I only slept for 3 hours due because I was cramming and when I woke up. I decided to play gt and saw someone sbed cheap tools. I decided to go there since I have a ring quest of surgery. Unfortunately my brain didn't realize everything was a scam so I went ahead and bought a lot of tools.
