Since your set is more to a 'creepy' and dark set, here is my suggestion:
For mask, try Edvoid Mistake, Neon Voodoo Mask, Skull Mask, or Hockey Mask
For hand item, try Demonic Arm, Skull Launcer, Soul Orb, or Butcher Knife

And ur set looks good btw! But i dont like cultist set! So i'd rate 9/10!

Edvoid's mistake would replace Cultist Hood, so no. The purple Neon Voodoo Mask fits it quite nicely however. Skull Mask and Hockey Mask are both solid choices.
Demonic Arm is my personal hand item of choice, especially considering the extra range and enhanced digging it gives. Any dragon leash works nicely too though.

Oh dont worry, im changing cultist to demented cowl+plague doctor's robe once i get more wls. I may get a white voodoo mask instead. Im thinking of getting a demonic arm too, as my friend had it before and it was awesomeeeee! And dyn, i was thinking of a dragon but since it will get (uh, overshadowed?) by the death scarf i decided to scratch it. Im thinking of replacing elixir orbs with ghastly robe too!
