What's Discord?
Discord is a real time chat service where you can also voice chat with others (although that isn't often used). Our server is heavily focused on Growtopia chats, although we also have some offtopic ones, along with music bots & others. Discord has been the easiest way to contact people and get in touch with anyone of the community and has been engraved into the game.

But what is the Growtopia Treehouse?
The treehouse as the name suggests focuses on being a chill and fun place for everyone while being heavily Growtopia related by providing useful information such as news, new items, world reviews, trading, providing useful gameplay information (through my discord bot, Sinister) - or simple friendly conversations. We do not focus on being popular. We do not seek any drama either.

But don't we have enough discord servers already?
That's true to an extent, however due to recent events and the general behavior of the community, making a general place for everyone is not a viable for everyone. More on that matter below.

The "matter".

There "was", I won't say is, another server, that was ran by me which has been hijacked by an admin which had ownership privileges temporarily for safety reasons and has been taken over along with myself banned off the server (as the first thing they did so that everyone would be convinced and me unable to share my side of story) due to ever growing personal grudges from old haters, which had nothing to do with the server management whatsoever (there was absolutely no dialogue coming from the two admins who had problems with me, their motive was purely fueled by hate). The server has pretty much been completely flipped over and it's management & direction drastically changed, dozens if not hundreds of rightfully banned discord users unbanned including several players who actually harm the game, effectively wasting years of my own hardwork trying to bring people together (5 years) - whether it was the wiki, or thousands of members. Unfortunately the type of community and the various kinds of people will never ever fit into one place without problems. This pushed me to create the treehouse which is simply meant to be a neutral place for players.

The treehouse tries to keep the same channel design (after all, I created it in the first place)
