Growtopia password request not receiving

Hey ubisoft, why is my email doesn't receiving any emails from growtopia whenever I'm trying to request a change password? I checked all the folders and also sent a ticket but the reply to me doesn't really help. NekoRei

Did you tried to sync your email? Try to sync it before you check in on your mail.

It means refresh. When you sync your email, it gives you fresh update about your email. That includes receiving new email and other stuffs.

rank up? uh huh, there is no monetary reward like in gt if we "rank up" or "gain posts". I dont know why are you saying that statement. A quick google search can easily tell what "sync" is and how to sync your account.

also we are the forums and not the actual support desk, try to contact the mods in private instead or emailing the support,
