Cannot Invite to Guild During Balloon Warz [MERGED THREAD]

So the issue started today. I was looking for members for my guild untill I noticed that there is no "Invite to Guild" button! I don't know what is going. Help

I personally thought it was because of Balloon warz.
I use Android.

You also can't create guilds during balloon warz. When you try to do that, it displays a custom message so this could be related to that and intended.

This feature is absolutely useless since guilds aren't even related to balloon warz.

Guild invitation problem

I have problem with my guild.No one from here can invite people .The guild is lvl 9, 42 out of 45 members
