    I’ve waited a month for support to reply and there is still no reply, I have started the support ticket one month ago. Come on, this is rediculous Ubisoft, you said Support would be faster with the new support members but no. It’s not it’s worser , old support was way much faster

    If they didn't respond in more than 2 weeks, then send them a message again, since they could help you this time.

      Actually, sending multiple tickets to support does nothing but bad, since they are probably flooded with tickets currently.

            Probably depends on what kind of problem you are facing as I usually get an response from them in 2-3 days.

                You should try to contact one of the support specialists if you think that it had taken long, Either way, you can also resend your ticket if that does any good.

                  See that's the problem, 99% of the support specialists here have pms off or are full and don't check messages.. Also would love a ubi staff to reply to this..

                    I frequently call support and they usually answer in about 4 or so days.

                    If you sent it 1 month ago, then they prolly skipped it by accident since there's so many tickets. That or your ticket was deemed irrelevant, what was your ticket about?

                    A NEET but has a stable job at a cafe

                    Would try to help whenever possible,except for trying to be social,of course.

                      Support is wierd, I've always had good response time with support, but when it comes to my best gt friend and I guess the whole community, it's just seems like support isn't "good". I find that wierd.

                        About not receiving my ubi reward in xbox. Plus my ip got banned from some user idk who, and it took them less then a week to unban and respond to the ticket, so whats up Ubisoft???
