Uhh why's tapjoy diabled?

Since I logged into my cousin's account I got tapjoy disabled When I try to enable It the diable tapjoy button is gone Help It's spread to all my devices

Could it be that your cousin has selected an age lower than 13 when setting up the account? Tapjoy disables services to those who are under the age of 13. If that's the case, reinstalling the game should fix that.

We meant we turned off tapjoy in personal options many months ago, but the button no longer exist our accounts are 13+

just delete and reinstall the game, set the age to 20 or sth

It disables itself if you’ve ever been banned and created a new account on someone elses ip and logged in at your house. To fix it just log in at the other houses ip and then turn off the WiFi when u log in to tap joy, go home and u can do tapjoy.

Oh my GOODNESS, Can someone understand that when the "Turn off TAPJOY" in personal settings existed we pressed it many months ago! Now that we want it back the Option no longer is in the PERSONAL SETTINGS. Our account age is 13+ God damn it.
