When I tried to launch Growtopia, nothing happened. Not even an error message nor Growtopia Window. My cursor just be busy for sometime then revert to normal. No solutions for me even reinstalling, restarting PC or cleaning junk, cache, end tasks in task manager.

Same Problem, Different windows.

I just tried to download it twice through GT website, but everytime it installed, Growtopia.exe will stop working (client / login and error message never appearing). But will be appear in Task Manager for only 30sec before dissapear.
So i try to instal v 2.996 again and it back to normal.

I just need to say, v 2.997 for PC is maybe broken.
Anyone tried it too?

So i found its because of windows 7 64bit
I guess windows 7 64bit is not compatible or crash with latest update

For **** sake. fix this ****. because litteraly its not working on windows 10 either, and if i download 2.996 back, it says update to new version, so what the ****ING **** AM I SUPPOSED TO DO??

I just take my laptop to service cost me several bucks(forget about it) and all is installed new ,taking windows 7,when i reinstall growtopia version 2.997 it can launch but dark screen background....i have sent several reports to support,but no reply and what happen?please help all of us .

When i updated gt to 2.997 i keep getting a error after playing around 1 minute and then its force closing gt. I also tried reinstalling gt but it still shows the same error. Any fixes?

It doesn't happen to me while playing,but once i close the game,it automatically showed me that GT stop working/stop running.

This happened to me as well... You need to open another window (Google) first, before swiping it to the Growtopia window then Growtopia home screen will show up... if not it’ll be a blank screen.

The screenshot I posted was from a mac, so I'm not really able to swipe between windows.

i wouldn't hold your breath waiting for a fix. seems like they knew this version was bugged but decided to force it on us regardless. maybe better luck next month? although i doubt it...

I am having a sound problem

I am having a sound problem
When ever anybody jumps i hear this annoying crackle sound. And if i turn off my music volume in the main menu but put on sfx i still hear music like ***!?!?!

2.997 issues with sound

The music volume bar isn't working, and there's a weird short noise that plays every time I jump and EVERY time a SINGLE note is played, so in music worlds the noise is heard more than once per second.

There is some I dont know / remember so post some other ones you have found :3

-Gazette loads slower (for me idk if for everyone)
-The buttons you see when you open the game seem smaller
-Half of the screen black and game is distorted. (Not sure if this works on all devices, but I'm using android: Open gt normally and log in. Click on the button that shows all apps currently open, then open growtopia again and boom you did it.
-Game doesn't open for some people
-Game Crashes during trading? (some people said this happened, hasn't happened to me though.)

You should also add cracking noises when playing certain sounds like jumping, every music note, wrenching yourself, etc
