Wrong month displayed on the Gazette for Monthly Subscription

On the gazette, it says October monthly subscription instead of November.

nothing wrong, they selected the person in october and after the process (choosing item, making item) then they released it in november. therefore its called october's monthly subscription item

Oh well that’s confusing. I’ve always thought they choose the winners in advance to design the next month’s subscription item.
