    Dear growtopia team,
    Do you never think there are many people who have worked hard to pursue their dreams, but after the rollback, their dreams are shattered instantly, have you as a growtopia game developer, ever thought of giving a big prize? Many, many people got scammed by rollback. And when I say many, I mean MANY! over 80bgls were lost in the past few days. Because of who? Because of you. Now it’s time you start acting up. And after all this is fixed, Growtopia you gotta give compensation to everyone. make it 100% chance to get 50% more gems from blocks. Double gems from iap for a week. Triple all gems that were purchased before. Discount things in the Shop. Have this event for a week it will help a lot of people who lost dls. You know how many players you lost in the past week? 30,000. Yes, you heard me. 30,000 players quit because of the rollback/duplication glitch that has happened. I believe you should unban players. This is a big turndown for your career Growtopia, you got to start

    Also, Many loyal players have quit this game however, there sre still a few. I have seen these players quit after the server problems. Shouldn't you guys be comforting them to stay. Most have recieved a suspension or the Growtopia Team suspended all their accounts for absolutely no reason. An example of this was yesterday, 3rd July 2020, 'Dr. JuiceWRLD' recieved a suspension for buying phoenix wings. He did not know they were duplicated. The Growtopia team did not also warn players that there were duplicated items in the game so why even have the audacity to ban without warning others. My accounts also recieved a suspension: 'Learheeahhh' 'MiD'. I personally believe you should unsuspend/unban all players, the players that come back are the real ones. It will also benefit you because hackers may come back, this will expose any issues you have which then can be fixed. Hopefully this advice is seen by Growtopians but mainly the Growtopia Team. We have been suffering for 3 years. Please follow my advice.

    I think they better not to. Because you will know on what's happening if they unsuspend suspended players.
    Probably growtopia will became nuked and filled with casinos player, hackers or even trading in game items with other stuff. Like the old issues.

      Are those really old issues? Don't you see that they have made teams for casino hosts. Hacking is still a problem with the constant sbs that "You won a Rayman's fist go to this site". They are still selling game property for real money and they are doing it out in the open. If you think that was old issues I guess you're VERY IGNORANT sir.

        No. Ubisoft did nothing wrong. They had to fix the game because players broke it...

          I agree with you. I would like to start a petition for allowing suspended players to return.
          Do you not think it is harsh also?

          Benefits
          .Will boost the Growtopia economy
          .Ubisoft will recieve more income
          .Players will stop making alternate accounts in which they hack/play casino etc. They will be able to play on their main accounts allowing them to access their vauables by which they can trade by.

          Hopefully Developers see this and have a think.

            i agree on the first half, but the other is what i disagree, i'am certain suspended players that bought duped phoenix items knew what the repercussions when they got their hands over a rare item that they bought for an absurdly cheap price.

            and i think the 30,000 players leaving the game for two consecutively rollbacks is a stretch.

              Suspensions are given to players who have committed serious issues, moderators go through a due process to investigate players before handing out a punishment. There are no plans (or will there ever be) to unsuspend all players; it is just an illogical thing to do - no game would ever think about unbanning every player in game as it will cause problems to the team and to the community.

              Players who have been banned before may contact support given that they do not know the reason of their ban or have queries about the game. The support team can double-check your ban, and if the player has been proven innocent, they can unban the account. It's as easy as that.

              Please refrain from creating another thread with the same topic of unbanning everyone.
